The PRO REF S.r.l.s. was born from the Union of a team of managers actively engaged for decades in the manufacture of refractories, professional experience gained in technical branch production and design have contributed to the creation of a highly specialized staff able to respond reliably and competently to customer requirements.
Our market expands throughout the national territory as well as the international one and caters primarily to areas such as table ware, furnaces, bakers, to develop within the design and manufacture of special parts.
The plates are made of refractory material cordierite for and work for extrusion. Two articles are proposed, a type and a type smooth on both sides. Maximum use temperature 1150° C with excellent resistance to thermal shock. Are produced in thicknesses ranging from 12 mm to 25 mm and maximum size 1100x500 mm. The product is certified according to the norm UNI EN 1186-1:2003 - D.M. 21/03/1973 and European Directive 1935/2004/CE that determines the suitability for direct contact with foodstuffs.
All plates are ground on one side, This allows easy and quicker installation on any base, our engineers have created a suction system which eliminates on each individual plate all traces of powder or grain arising from the adjustment phase, only after this important step, the product is ready for the final stage of packing. The type Plate Smooth ribbed unlike that can also be used on the opposite side, allowing a second product reuse, but what's much more important, being smooth on both sides technically has more thermal mass and consequently more mechanical strength.
One of the key properties that distinguishes the product and features high quality is in the composition of the mixture, which sees the use of virgin raw materials selected Sun before blended. In fact all the components must be certified initially by the parent of origin using chemical card that attests the exact nature and origin, and only after a thorough verification are included in our production cycle.
